hypnotherapy: the boundaries are expanding

Hypnotherapy by itself might not be the answer for all pathologies, however, many believe its positive effects could be very beneficial in aiding and speeding up healing and recovery.

New research gives more weight as to how hypnotherapy can be successfully used to lower levels of anxiety and depression, help with insomnia and chronic pain, and  promote a general sense of overall well-being in patients affected by one serious and debilitating diseases while indirectly benefiting their carers in the process.

As a hypnotherapist I firmly believe in the benefits of hypnotherapy, and studies like this continue to help it become a recognised effective and natural way to implement health and well-being.
